Use of the instrument is free with the following stipulation: Upon completion of your research, an anonymous copy of the data set should be sent to Dr. Sieloff, either electronically at sieloffc@hotmail.com or by regular mail to:

Due to past problems in receiving data sets upon conclusion of research projects, a deposit is currently required. To receive an initial copy of the instrument with a watermark and without scoring directions, please contact Dr. Christina Sieloff at sieloffc@hotmail.com. If you decide to use the instrument in your research, please send a check for the two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) deposit to Dr. Sieloff at the above address. In return mail (regular or electronic), you will receive a clean copy of the instrument along with the scoring directions. When the copy of the anonymous data set is received by Dr. Sieloff, the $250.00 deposit will be refunded.
